Everyone's tastes are different, and while it is rare, sometimes the cake just wasn't what you were expecting. We do apologize, but cannot replace cakes or issue refunds due to cakes received which are not liked due to taste or appearance. Due to FDA regulations with regards to food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of cakes once they have left our facility. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we cannot reship or refund the order. We are happy to discuss any concerns or comments. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
